Right in the middle of Stout Month, Fort George presents its very popular Brewer’s Dinner, 3rd in its series of four this season. The freshest, most local oysters abound in each dish, including dessert! The perfect aphrodisiac for a late Valentine’s Day night out (or just because they’re delicious!), oysters are expertly paired with the finest Stouts around, including a few of our own, of course.

Local “oystermen” share stories and facts with guests about oysters with each dish, and Fort George co-owners Chris Nemlowill & Jack Harris share their thoughts on each beer. Always a great time to socialize with friends, old and new, share a delightful meal, and learn a few fun facts to boot. We feature hard-to-find Stouts that match each course precisely.
