Ingredients

2 Row Organic Malt
120 L Caramel Malt
Black Barley
Roast
Honey Malt
Cascade Hops
Cherries
Raspberries

Astoria slow sand filtered water.

No filters, finings or clarifiers.

4.5% ABV

 

A remake of the Baddabing stout made for last years stout month, this years has turned out even better. Using the Belgian yeast strain for the Cheers to Belgian Beers Festival on April 30th, we decide to put 20 lbs of cherries and 20 lbs of raspberries in the fermenter to create a delicious flavor filled stout. The fruit was combined with a wonderful malt bill that created a wave of delicious flavors including honey, roast, and chocolate.  This beer is a truly unique experience.
